Qualifications:
1. More than 2 years of internet development experience, solid basic knowledge;
2. Be familiar with the Java language, have a solid Java foundation, be familiar with IO, multithreading and other basic technologies, and have a certain understanding of the basic principles of multithreading, concurrent processing, and JVM;
3. Proficient in using Spring, Spring MVC and other frameworks, and have a certain understanding of framework principles;
4. Familiar with MySQL application development, common performance tuning and scalability design, and familiar with Redis cache technology and other NoSQL databases;
5. Familiar with RocketMQ, Kafka and other middleware, and have a deep understanding of transaction, lock, concurrency and other implementation mechanisms;

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the research and development of network freight business and internal collaborative management system;
2. Participate in demand analysis and review, deeply understand user needs, complete the design, development, testing and other work of relevant functions, and solve key problems and technical problems in project development;
3. Conduct Code Review on existing projects to continuously optimize code structure and performance;
